Kim Robinson

"I have over 20 years in the fitness industry, working with small and large group training as well as private training. I have developed programs for Enduro, Mountain Bike, Road and Cyclocross Racers along with high school training programs for Nordic, Girls Lacrosse, and Water Polo. I believe in training 6 foundational movements and training them well, the squat, hinge, lung, push, pull and carry. When we become proficient in these movements we will be able to move with more strength, speed, power, agility and endurance." – Kim

Bea Hager

Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. A two time Olympian, athletics and fitness have been a lifestyle and passion for Bea since a young age. Bea encourages motivation through progression to achieve fitness goals, sports performance, and injury prevention. Bea enjoys sharing her experience and enthusiasm of training with her clients and aims to see her clients succeed. An active player in regional tennis leagues, Bea also enjoys skiing, windsurfing, mountain biking, and surfing.

Chelsea Taylor

Chelsea is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and is also CrossFit certified. Movement and an active lifestyle have been a part of her life from a young age. In addition to participating in Olympic lifting & body building, Chelsea participates in Yoga and Barre.  She says, “with these tools I aim to design a fun, personalized program for you to achieve and maintain your fitness goals. I love to incorporate functional movements and weightlifting into my programming while focusing on proper body mechanics and form.”
