PERSONAL TRAINERS

Kim Robinson

"I have over 20 years in the fitness industry, working with small and large group training as well as private training. I have developed programs for Enduro, Mountain Bike, Road and Cyclocross Racers along with high school training programs for Nordic, Girls Lacrosse, and Water Polo. I believe in training 6 foundational movements and training them well, the squat, hinge, lung, push, pull and carry. When we become proficient in these movements we will be able to move with more strength, speed, power, agility and endurance." – Kim

Killian Hackett

Killian is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Powerlifter. He competes on the regional, state and national level. “My fitness journey started over 5 years ago when my son was born 15 weeks premature. At that time, I weighed a mere 135lbs and felt insecure about my body, I took up Powerlifting as a way to deal with the stress constructively. Since then I've never looked back and feel that fitness had positively affected my life in all aspects, physically, mentally, and spiritually.” - Killian

I decided to become a Personal Trainer because I want to give back to the community that has transformed my life so greatly. When I see a client's face light up because of a weight loss goal they've reached, or hit a PR on a Strength exercise, for me as a Personal Trainer, there is no greater feeling than that. I promise to work just as hard for you as your willing to work for me, whatever your fitness goals, building muscle, strength gain, or weight loss, I can help you get there.
