Join our Team Functional Interval Training (TeamFIT) program that is performance and results based. Led by certified Personal Trainers, TeamFIT has two options: Functional Intense Training and Bike Functional Intense Training. Our TeamFIT sessions run 8 weeks and are limited to 8-10 people who train together for the duration. Limiting the team size to 8-10 allows our trainers to offer individual attention, guidance, motivation and support to gain better results, while offering camaraderie and support from your team mates.  Together we are better!

GAC TeamFit – high intensity, multi-functional, multi-directional training, designed to build both your aerobic and anaerobic capacity along with strength. This will allow you to burn maximum calories to create a stronger, learner you. Small sessions to give you personalized attention & instruction.

GAC Team BikeFIT – Power, speed, strength, and endurance are key elements to riding strong whether training for recreational riding or racing at any level. Our performance based session is built around increasing speed, power, strength and endurance both on and off the bike.

  • The SPINNER CHRONO BIKE with direct power creates the most accurate & reliable power sensor.

  • QUEENAX FU'NCTIONAL TRAINING RIG, weighted sleds, kettle bells, dumbbells, wall balls, slam balls, plyometric boxes & body weight.

  • Watt testing is conducted at the beginning of each new cycle; intervals are designed around your watts for a PERSONALIZED INTERVAL SESSION.

Members can sign up and participate in 2 free 1-hour demos – signups will be at MEMBER SERVICES. Each member that signs up and participates will be entered into a drawing to win 1 of 2 spots to be given away in the 28-day-challenge that will run in October.  

We will focus on basic movements (squat, lunge, pushups, pull-ups; eqp. utilized will be wallball, slamball, DB press, box jump, jump rope, Queenax, assault bike, rowers, bikes).

One workout per week will be partner focused as people tend to like these workouts.

Having trouble meeting your fitness goals? Not sure how to go about training in the gym or have injuries that are holding you back? Join the 28day TeamFIT challenge!

Over the course of 4 weeks you, and 5 other teammates, will be challenged to push to new limits whether it’s on the rower, assault bike, or spin bike all while learning new lifts utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells medicine balls and the Queenax. Our 28 day challenge is lead by a certified personal trainer who will work with a team of 6 people to guide you to finding your new fitness levels.

You have an opportunity to compete against yourself to see how much strength, power and speed you can achieve in 28 days. We will test in on the first and out on the last day of the challenge for the opportunity to win one of three giveaways.
